Hi! My name is Allyson Smolyar, 

and I am a University of Miami senior studying public relations and graphic design. I am graduating in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication (BSC), and am actively seeking entry-level work as well as accepting freelance design opportunities. I’m looking for a creative, integrated position that will allow me to utilize my developed and intuitive strategy and design skills. Over the past few years, I have been able to strengthen my skills by working various internships and experience programs. I have worked up to a managerial position in UM School of Communication’s Public Relations Experience Program (PREP). I have interned at KMR Communications, a Miami-based fashion, beauty, and lifestyle boutique PR firm, and David Webb Jewelry, a New York-based luxury jewelry house specializing in precious gems and statement pieces. Although I have gained practical experience in various fields, my interests lead me to be especially determined to work within the luxury fashion and lifestyle industry.

Overall, my work is results-driven and my valuable skills enable me to produce aesthetically appealing, functional solutions to all projects and assignments.
